- Customers are responsible for checking ingredients for possible allergies or sensitivities.
- We cannot guarantee that customers will not experience allergic reactions.
- By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you use our products at your own risk.
- Habibi Perfumes is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin irritation, or medical issues caused by the use of our products.

Use of Products
- All products are for personal use only.
- Please perform a patch test before using.
- Keep products away from heat, flames, and children.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2-7 business days after payment is received.

Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery times depend on your location and the courier service.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Once the parcel is handed to the courier, the risk transfers to the buyer.

Strict No Returns / No Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of perfume products and hygiene regulations, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
No refunds will be issued for any reason, including:
- Change of mind
- Dislike of scent
- Incorrect order placed by customer
- Allergies or skin reactions
- Courier delays
Important: If a parcel is lost or damaged by the courier, customers must open a claim with the courier service.

Incorrect Address
- Please ensure your shipping information is correct.
- We are not responsible for parcels sent to the wrong address due to customer error.
- Additional courier fees may apply for re-delivery.

Payment
Payment must be made in full before an order is processed.

To the extent permitted by South African law:
- All items are carefully inspected and packaged in perfect condition before they are shipped.
- The product you receive will match the description provided on our website at the time of purchase.
